A list server allows email to be sent to its subscribers by sending a single email to the server. It handles the subscription process, limits those who can send email to subscribers and forwards the emails from authorized sender to the group.
Currently the PVRA server is configured so that anyone can subscribe to the group and any subscriber can send email to the group. As time go on, if abused, restrictions on those who may subscribe and those who may send email to the group will be imposed. At anytime the subscriber list may viewed by its administrators and unwanted subscribers removed or blocked. We may decide to have to approve subscriptions, as we do club membership and permit only selected subscribers to send email to the group.
To subscribe to the PVRA Members List Server send an email, using the email account you wish to use to receive messages from PVRA members, to members-request@pvra.com with "subscribe" (without the quotes) on the subject line or click here and send. The content of the message may be left blank and is unimportant.
To unsubscribe send an email, using the email address that you received the messages with, to members-request@pvra.com with "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) on the subject line or click here and send. The content of the message may be left blank and is unimportant.
To send a message to PVRA members who have subscribed to the PVRA Members List Server, send an email, using the email account that you subscribed with to members@pvra.com.
